SENIOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

The senior club championships will be held on Sunday the 14th February. Beach events will begin at 10am, Resus will be held from 1:30pm.

 

The beach events will consist of the following:

• Long Run

• Beach Sprint

• Beach Flags

• Swim Race

• Board Race

• Tube Swim

• Iron (No ski)

An expressions of interest form will be available on the noticeboard downstairs for those interested in competing.

 

We will also require a volunteer IRB crew and Driver to put out the cans and provide water safety.

FITNESS TRAINING 

The Fitness sessions are open to any member of the club and we also highly encourage everyone to be involved. The sessions will include Beach work (sprints etc), board paddling, ocean swimming, competition techniques and general fitness. The sessions are held at the club down stairs.

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST bring to every session- Runners- Suitable running gear- Water bottle- Pink vest- Bathers- Towel

 

Try and make sure you are there 15 mins early to help set up, be in the right attire and ready to go.
