Dear Frankston Lifesaving Club Members,

 

On behalf of the board of Frankston Lifesaving Club Incorporated I give notice of a Special General Meeting to be held on Saturday 28th March arrive at 12.00 pm for 12.30 pm start. The meeting will be held upstairs in the club function room.

 

Keeping a club constitution up to date is a very important facet of governance. The constitution is the instrument that ensures the club is compliant with the latest legislation whilst the club carries out its core business.

 

This is not an easy task and has seen substantial valued input from board members of the past and present.

 

The Special General Meeting will follow the Senior Club Championships and a club BBQ.

 

I have mentioned on a few occasions that the club is enjoying harmony and unison across the entire membership allowing members to get the most enjoyment out of whatever area of the club they are involved in resulting in the club growing and improving each season.

 

If you are enjoying the club and the healthy positive culture that has been built the board and I hope to see as many members as possible taking an interest in the work the past and present board has done in developing this new constitution to ensure the club keeps improving for you, our members.
