If you are a parent, coach, patrol captain, committee/board member or a lifesaving member. You are leading others all the time. No matter who you are or what you do, you are a leader, a person of influence. And to be a truly effective leader, you must first be able to first lead yourself.
Effective leadership and teamwork are key areas for developing volunteer organisations. It is also critical to develop and build a leader with the right attributes, mindframe, priciples and foundation. To be able to handle and manage today's challenges facing lifesaving.
